Customers have the option to present Chat Interviews in English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish.
Now, we’re expanding our multi-lingual capability to align even closer with our core principle of empowering candidates and giving them agency through the hiring process.
Candidates will be able to choose the language they interview in, enabling them to bring their real and best selves, in the language they are most comfortable in using.
In the US alone, over 66 million people (21.6% of Americans) speak a language other than English at home. Even candidates who are fluent English speakers may feel more comfortable communicating in another language in an interview setting.
