What You’ll Own

Strategic Narrative Development

  • Help shape and embed Sapia’s brand messaging through our platform – “why Sapia” and “why now”
  • Align product copy and user journeys to business outcomes: speed, fairness, candidate love, and talent intelligence
  • Write blog posts and product updates that reinforce our narrative and thought leadership
  • Writing and Message Development for Feature Launches & GTM
  • Own GTM messaging for new features, including comparison pages and sales battlecards: naming, positioning, benefits
  • Write launch comms, feature explainers, and internal toolkits
  • Develop sales decks and objection-handling content to support conversion
  • Partner with CS and Sales to ensure internal enablement through clear, practical toolkits and guides

Customer Education & Adoption

  • Create beautiful, clear content such as walkthrough videos, “how-to” explainers, and product one-pagers
  • Develop role-specific use cases and stories tailored to recruiters, managers, and TA leaders
  • Build a scalable content library to drive self-serve usage and deepen product adoption

In-Product Enablement & Messaging

  • Build and manage in-product comms including tooltips, banners, and guided tours
  • Use Intercom (or similar) to design onboarding journeys
  • Translate complex AI features into benefit-driven, plain-English copy
  • Collaborate with Design to ensure all messaging feels intuitive, fast, and human

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years in product marketing, content, or onboarding — ideally in B2B SaaS or HR tech
  • Experience creating onboarding journeys or in-product tours
  • Excellent writing skills – fast, clear, benefit-led

As our Technical Product Owner, you’ll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and data science. You’ll own the sprint backlog, obsess over detail, and ensure the right things ship fast and right. You’ll bring clarity to chaos and momentum to cross-functional teams.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and manage the product backlog with a strong focus on technically feasible and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable stories with technical acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise backlog items in collaboration with engineering, balancing value, complexity, and dependencies.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with product vision, technical standards, and release timelines.

Technical Alignment

  • Understand the technical architecture, data models, and integrations involved in the product area.
  • Help make trade-offs between technical debt and product features.
  • Work closely with Tech Leads and Principal Engineers to validate designs and architecture early in the discovery phase.
  • Act as a key decision-maker on technical stories, including API designs, system flows, or infrastructure requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the interface between engineering and product, making sure both sides have the context they need.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders – technical and non-technical.
  • Collaborate with QA, Design, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end product readiness.

Quality & Process

  • Help define technical acceptance criteria and ensure stories are ready for development.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, including planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Continuously improve backlog health, team velocity, and delivery predictability.

Innovation & Improvement

  • Keep an eye on technical trends, tools, and industry practices.
  • Promote reuse, modular thinking, and long-term technical sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal tooling, APIs, or developer workflows that improve delivery speed.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in a Product Owner or Technical BA role in a high-velocity SaaS environment
  • Strong experience working with agile engineering teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
  • Able to write precise user stories and acceptance criteria, with enough edge case detail to de-risk builds
  • Technically fluent – you’re comfortable talking APIs, data models, and error states
  • Organised, responsive, and execution-obsessed
  • Bonus: Experience working on AI/ML-driven products or user-facing B2C features

What You Bring

· 5+ years in Product Management with a track record of building and scaling B2B2C or SaaS products.

Overview

We’re hiring an experienced and proactive Implementation Consultant to own the onboarding journey for our enterprise customers across the EMEA region.

This is a crucial role that bridges product setup, solution design, technical integration, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring a seamless, on-time onboarding experience that accelerates customer value and protects long-term success.

You’ll bring structure, accountability, and specialist execution to enterprise account onboarding, unblocking timelines and redefining what great looks like for go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Onboarding Execution

● Own and deliver enterprise onboarding programs end-to-end, from deal close through to go-live
● Act as the primary coordinator across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors
● Anticipate and proactively mitigate common blockers (e.g., ATS integrations, delayed sign-offs, technical scope creep)

Solution Design & Blueprint Customisation

● Collaborate with customers to interpret business requirements and adjust onboarding blueprints where needed
● Translate client-specific needs into viable solution design changes, within the boundaries of product capabilities
● Work closely with Product and Solutions teams to validate feasibility and maintain alignment with long-term product vision

Implementation Process & Standards

● Refine and enforce a standard implementation methodology that drives repeatability, accountability, and velocity

● Introduce structured triage and escalation paths for issues outside CS scope or control

Cross-Functional Collaboration
