Pricing guide

What does Sapia.ai tech cost?

If you hire a few hundred people a year, it’s estimated that you’ll waste at least $2 million per year on inefficient recruitment practices.* Best case scenario, you’re paying thousands to replace individual employees – and that’s an avoidable problem.

We understand that you want to see how much Sapia.ai’s technology costs. The answer depends on the hiring needs and challenges of your organization. However, our pricing model is simple, and does allow flexibility.

Packages tailored to you

Sapia.ai’s pricing structure works on a per-hire basis. You can interview and assess as many people as you want, without limits, and you’ll only pay for the people you end up hiring. If you know roughly how many people you hire per year, we can give you a tailored cost-per-hire rate that works for your business.

Our technology is designed to best serve companies that hire more than 500 people per year. If you don’t hire at the volume, though, don’t worry – we may still be able to help you improve your hiring efficiency.

We’re integrated with most ATS providers. If you need a custom integration, there may be fixed costs involved – but you’ll know well ahead of time what they are.

“We couldn’t do without it.”

“We’ve been with Sapia.ai for about 12 months now. The solution for us has been game-changing: We actually couldn’t function, given the amount of hires that we do, without it. Speed to hire was critical.”
